The Most Successful Legal Tech Integration/Implementation?

Hello! I’d like to try a thread because I’d like to hear what others are thinking. TOPIC: In talking about the digital transformation of the legal profession, some people point to “switching from fax machines to email” as an example of times the legal profession moved forward. But tools like email, word processing software, and I would argue even legal research databases are tech that have broader uses outside of professional contexts and thus the adoption wasn’t based so much on “improving legal work” as much as “well I already use this so might as well do it at work too.” What examples of “pure” legal tech have been successfully integrated into the legal world? I’m thinking maybe judicial analytics? I read some post-CLOC rumblings about CLM that maybe we shouldn’t declare victory there yet.
